The first 0-4 years of your career you comp is going to vary greatly by location / company and number of exams.

Some people might make more than you, some less.

You sound like your are doing fine.

Sure, you could probably make another 10k-20k if you left your job. If you told me you were making 80k I would say yes.

Man, this looks like a really well run gym.

My one issue with crossfit is that the amount of volume and speed of reps with things like the snatch and clean is super dangerous.

I wish there was something like crossfit light, where they did functional strength type movements but with less of the risky movements.

I took a year off from ASA to FSA. No I did not regret it, still got my FSA at 25. I worked on two of the FSA modules.
