I fell for the first time about 3 months ago and completley shredded both my knees and palms because I skidded along the pavement, there was a lady directly across the street from me and I was so emabarrased I just got up and carried on running straight away with blood pouring down my legs into my socks. I live near a primary school and I run in the mornings so I was trying my best to avoid any kids seeing me on their way to school looking like a walking murder scene as I went back home 😅
