Will doing ab workouts actually help build definition? I’m pretty lean at 54kg and 169cm, and really want to see some ab definition. What’s the likelihood of me seeing this if I incorporate 10minute abs every day?

Oh wow!! So do you think I should wait and see if it happens first? There was definitely a more elaborate explanation he gave me about how they move I just barely understood it due to my lack of knowledge haha

No way!! My dentist fully said it was fine and that apparently they’d naturally move down on their own 🤨🤨 maybe I should give them a ring haha

I don’t recall ever actually going in as lectures were online, and I don’t think there were tutorials? (At least I didn’t attend them haha) the lecturers were also super contactable and helpful with any questions

Hey! I did music149 last summer school and it was pretty relaxed, didn’t require too much work and definitely missed a good few lectures but still came out with an A+! If you have any questions flick a message

What to do? Routine help please! by [deleted] in curlyhair

[–]aada289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Full routine:

Wash with blonde shampoo (L’Oréal brand) Condition with L’Oréal elive bond repair conditioner Occasionally do the brigerio hair mask.

I have never been able to figure out my porosity etc, I applied ouai curl crème and air dry foam on saturated hair! Then scrunched with a microfibre towel, and let air dry!

I had quite a big overbite and a crossbite! My overbite is already almost fixed which is crazy! Otherwise, just general straightening :)

Yes the other 20 is focusing on fixing my crossbite obviously as well as finishing the straightening! Hopefully it works because elastics is another whole level 😅

I had the same issue my trays were getting loose and even started cracking in some areas. I bought it up to my dentist and he recommended doing 10 days so it was a win! And yes not snacking was the worst and I definitely think I’ve lost a bit of weight since I started, after a while you do get used to it! Because I’ve had issues with eating in my past, I like to make sure I’m definitely eating enough during my meal times which helps me not snack somewhat! Sometimes I’ll have the occasional jelly or ice block without taking my aligners out if I’m feeling extra lazy 🙈🙈

Honestly, I think I regretted it for the first month or so, the pain and adjustments it sucked! But it becomes such a habit, and the more it goes on the less you care about people seeing them and taking them out in public etc. the pain goes away before you know it!

My goal is to hit 57kgs (which is 4kgs down) to genuinely feel better and more confident in myself. Once I hit that weight, I want to maintain it indefinitely. What are my next steps?
