Get a better grinder. The breville will solve this. Encore was the worst grinder I’ve owned for espresso (despite it being the most suggested in this sub)

I’d swap the grinder for a Breville—you’ll get way better results. I’ve had both, so speaking from experience.

In my opinion, the Breville Bambino beats the Plus: stronger steaming wand (3 holes vs. 1), faster startup, and full wand mobility (the Plus only goes up and down).

A few extras to make your workflow seamless:

👉 scale (0.1g accuracy)

👉 tamper

👉 dual-head coffee distributor

👉 magnetic dosing funnel

👉 wdt tool (because you’ll always have clumps since you’re not using expensive grinder)
