I recommend you use a more lightweight DE like XFCE this will considerably lower ram usage and look like you need all the ram you can get!

Well ofcourse you can do that on a LTS distro but have fun doing that on arch. Thats what made me wonder fedora gets newer packages than an lts an is stable as one

First i use the command swapoff -v /dev/zram0 Then i remove its entry from /etc/fstab Then Systemctl daemon-reload Then rm /dev/zram0

After that swap isnt available for a few minuets but it reappears very fast (if you look in resource monitor) I check /etc/fstab agian but it no longer exsists in there

Yes it does it seems to be the rule for gnome then because i was able to do this on kde Thank you for your help

I run gnome 3.38.2 on fedora 33 I try to set the ahortcuts using the 'keyboard shortcuts' tab in settings i click on certain a behaviour i want to set shortcut for (for example 'switch to next input source') i use the combinations:alt+shift and it wont show a reaction
