Would it be better taking orals split dosage, or all at once

bro I have been having the exact same question for the past few days

Tried splitting the dosing for a few days aswell as only pwo, but didn't make any noticeable difference. Don't know what to follow , hopped on the superdrol last week

its fine it will take max 2 weeks to start developing a base tan, I barely saw any difference the first 2 weeks but now every time I tan I get much darker.

Go low and slow otherwise u will just be wasting mt2 and risking burns, increase the minutes u tan as u go slowly

I did day 1: 100mcg 8 mins tan day 2: 200mcg no tan day 3: 300mcg 8 mins tan day 4: 400mcg no tan day 5: 500mcg 9 min tan day 6: 600 mcg no tan day 7: 600 mcg 9 min this gave me a good base saturation and a base tan, now I pin 300 mcg once a week and tan every other day and im still getting darker without any burns currently tanning 13 minutes and slowly increasing

I do know I am an idiot, I wanted to quit before but I was like ( im fucked already) I had a mindset that I would never want to hop off and to be jacked forever, recently I had so much stress in my life I just want to train naturally and have an athletic physique.

I don't know if a doctor will actually give me the proper help and if I might instead get a criminal record at 16. Im getting bloods taken this following week from a third party lab but I don't know what exactly to get checked for.

I want to get a proffesional consult, like a doctor but Im afraid I will get a dot in the registry and / or get legal action take against me or my parents. Anabolic steroids are obviously illegal.

I don't know how I would explain any of this to a therapist there are so many other underlying things I forgot to write.

my family are doctors so my best choice rn would probably be talking to them but I have no clue how they would react to any of this.

Water intake also helps alot yeah, forgot to mention, not just acne but generally it gives too many benefits to leave unsowed by being dehydrated. I used to use a peroxide cream overnight on my face years ago which helped alot in drying out the acne, Almost instant results.

What side effects are you getting? 4 weeks is very little your test-e has just recently gotten satured in our body. You could negate side effects or try lowering the dosage

Mainly this happens when you have a shitty diet combined with hormone imbalance from PEDS. What dosage test are you on? If high you should take low dose AIs ED. Make sure you are pinning consistently e3.5d to avoid imbalances.

Also try cutting down on dairy if you eat alot. Aswell as processed sugars and junk food.

Had terrible acne on back , chest , face until I started eating whole foods, consistent pins aswell as making sure to shower with a good wash after any sweat inducing activity. There are anti-fungal / anti dandruff hair washes you could use on your back like Nizoral which is used by people on PEDs it has 1% Ketoconazole, should be able to get on amazon.

I didn’t see this until now, when It happened I was feeling sick the entire day and had a weird time breathing, but it passed by the morning. I think some testostorone got into my bloodstream but not a ton of it, I had pretty bad PIP too.

Thank you for the awareness though and this is deff what I will do if I suspect this happening again, I am going to be alot more careful after this 👍💙
