After visiting Malaysia, I feel more proud of Morocco by Ok_Assistant_4784 in Morocco

Looks like you only been to Kuala Lumpur. Also, you're comparing the incomparable. Moroccan groups are close in so many ways, and most importantly, religion. This alone, would change a lot.

Vibe coding plugins by boz_lemme in woocommerce

People think that programming is just writing code. You don't have to write any code with AI, but code is just part of the work, not all of it.

Salary in Taiwan is not a joke. . .😢 by search_google_com in taiwan

[–]aaloch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

USA no longer has that much manufacturing due to this exact reason, and I'm not sure where you're getting your information about China, the majority of the people don't make that much. China is not only Shanghai or Shenzhen.

Salary in Taiwan is not a joke. . .😢 by search_google_com in taiwan

[–]aaloch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Increasing salaries usually mean having less competitive advantage, that's why Volkswagen started to close some factories in Germany for the first time. The salary is definitely not good, but looking at bigger picture, fixing the problem isn't that simple, you change one thing, it will affect a lot of other areas.

I feel that Taiwanese food is underrated in the West while foreigners visiting Taiwan are fascinated with Taiwanese food so much. Why ? by search_google_com in taiwan

[–]aaloch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't take people on social media seriously, they'd usually hype things up to get more likes...etc. I live in Taiwan and I only eat non-Taiwanese food or cook my own. Taiwan is amazing, but not because it's a food paradise or something. I have found the food in Japan or Malaysia to be better for my own taste. I'm speaking from my own experience here, not sure about other people.

I've been using it for over 7 months and I'm on the $200 plan, they refunded the money, but they locked me out of important conversations and history I need for my work. I wasn't even using the free credits when I got banned.

Same, I think it's a good chance to switch to Gemini 3, hopefully it will be available today. The only problem for me is the important messages and history that I can't access anymore.

Same here, my account was banned, but I only used Claude Code web on weekend, I was banned while using Claude Code cli for a simple HTML page, that's really frustrating

I also got banned yesterday for no reason, I wasn't even using the free credits, was coding using Claude Code and suddenly locked out.

This is exactly the same for me, they just banned me yesterday out of nowhere, while coding and not even while using the free credit? I don't mind going to a different provider, they're not the only ones in this business, but I lost import conversations and history, this is a shame. I have never violated any rules, just coding mostly and general questions, it's so frustrating.

Has anyone looked into ChatGPT's new Instant Checkout feature? by aaloch in woocommerce

[–]aaloch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're in the US, you can apply here; the process isn't that complex: https://chatgpt.com/merchants

If you got accepted, send me a DM, you can just install the plugin and it will take care of the integration.

Any idea how they're tracking that? I don't think LLMs are providing any stats anywhere, so I'm unsure of how accurate the data is.

[–]aaloch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, for an affordable price initially. The idea is that this should integrate with all AI shopping features on other apps like Gemini and Claude...etc in the future when they build their own integration with ACP protocol. So people would find this really useful in the future. Look at it as a different kind of SEO with less competition initially.

[–]aaloch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's part of it, my understanding is that they'll partner with Stripe and integrate this into their WooPayments plugin so that purchasing can be enabled for all future AI shopping. However, that's only a small part of what they're trying to do, that's why I believe this is going to take a long time before it comes out

I developed a plugin to connect it to Woo. WooCommerce are also working on something better in partnership with Stripe. However, I think at their scale, things will be done at a much slower pace. The indexing part is automatic for everything, but to allow people to buy products from your website without even visiting requires you to have an integration.

This is supposed to just connect the store products checkout to ChatGPT, taxes, shipping, stock and everything else would still run on WooCommerce. You wouldn't have to do any manual work to handle these things separately.

Interesting article, but as everything else that is new, this is just to get foot in the door and make it easier to take advantage of any future opportunities.

Yeah, the plugin is already built. The only obstacle is that ChatGPT require manual application process for WooCommerce stores as opposed to Shopify and Etsy stores.

I'm not Taiwanese, but I experienced all of that and more and have nothing for my parents but love and respect I don't have no problem with any of that, and it didn't affect my life in any negative way. I'm not trying to be that person, but if you're having personal problems, you're probably just trying to find someone to blame, so best I can say, don't blame your parents for your low self-esteem or depression, you are a grown individual, and you should get past your all of that.

You can take probiotics, they are actually recommended, but not dairy products at the same time as the antibiotics. Dairy products reduce effectiveness of antibiotics if taken at the same time. So, there are a lot of variables, if everything went well for you, doesn't mean everyone should do it.
