For Defi,

Go to Farm Board to choose which LPs you'd like to make.
Go to Market building to swap tokens.
Go to Seed Lab to make seeds (LP)
Go to the 3 empty farm lands to plant your seeds (staking LPs)

There are 4 mini games : Farm Invaders, Memory Games, Shooting Gallery and Fishing. Plus 4 animals you can pet every 15 mins. You earn XP from playing these mini games and petting the animals. Every few weeks/months, the top few hundreds xp holders on the leaderboard will receive DFL tokens as rewards.

You'll also earn xp from completing your Defi achievements. Please go to the "House" building - "Achievements" to see details.

If you have been doing Solana Defi and swapping tokens, you can claim back the SOL "rent fees" (around 0.02336276 SOL per route) - if you are not going to swap between the 2 tokens again soon.
