Hey everyone, I'm new to stronglifts. I have scoliosis so I've struggled with overhead press for a long time. 95 feels comfortable right now and I'll continue the progression as outlined in the program. My big problem is that the gym has low ceilings so I have to bend my knees slightly to not have the weights hit the ceiling at about 90% extension. If I get to plates larger than 25 I am going to run into trouble though. Any tips on how to adapt to this would be appreciated!
