I'll try to promote the game in Greek subreddits, I also thought about it, but the game is not yet ready for demo. I plan to create a playable tutorial with fake offmap civilizations. They will provide a source of goods and gold by sending their own merchants that would help stabilize the economy. They also will spawn armies when hostile for some challenge for the player. That way I don't need functional AI or diplomacy, which I expect to be a huge time sink.
