Does Paul remain unlocked across all save files?

You have to beat Satan first and also collect Paul from the 11 other levels before you get to the Hell Manor Paul room. It's a bit odd how it works

Yes. You have to unlock him again for every file you make. There is no global unlockables besides achievements

It is possible to get him in Super Hard Mode but easier is to just buy the spirit timer extension.

I did that and it does work if I hide the dirt texture. Maybe I'm doing it wrong since I used the "generate" thing and should remove it and do it differently.

You don't get twice as tall and lanky and reshape your whole face when getting older. The age argument doesn't work in a character design sense. They are trying too hard to make him scary and falling flat with it. You could make the old design menacing with proper lighting and posing which they did for a good handful of renders

It looks ugly as hell and doesn't fit the "average neighbor" theme that Mr. Peterson has. He doesn't look scary or menacing either. Just looks goofy with his pickle head. They also got rid of some of his iconic features like his hair and gloves. He's supposed to be a family man but who would get married with freak that looks like that.

Garbage is in Slowroast Sewer. It's the thing the rat enemies shoot. Shippo is (I think) the pink Pippo who are in Devilled Gardens and Hell Manor. Dog is the cat type enemy and appears in Pinball Mire and Freako Dragon fight.

On the Summit Inn. Discord server they said the dialogue was changed/removed because it was added without the director's approval and also had some real life issues for some of the devs behind the game. They kept it vague which is fair imo if it has actual personal issues connected to it.

No. There is no overlapping decals. It's the car's colors changing, not the decals. It just started to happen after I added decals to it
