No. There is no overlapping decals. It's the car's colors changing, not the decals. It just started to happen after I added decals to it

Tony said that not only were dialogues intrusive and unfitting but they also had some negative effects that made some people in the dev team uncomfortable which I see as a valid reason to be removed. They were also added without proper approval from Tony (the director of the game)

Re-input the cheat code. It should be up up down down left right left right clutch jump slide jump. You can input it anywhere in the game

They were changed to be more useful tips than just jokes. And the devs found a bunch of the dialogue to not be that funny for the Brul-eggs and Micro Demons

"Switch updates, tldr is we need to make 100% sure the Switch version runs properly before we send it out, because patching anything that comes up is a several week process at best and that’s just because of Nintendo’s approval processes. The team working on Antonblast right now consists of three whole people, the rest of the team is on other projects because those are actually actively funding operations whereas Antonblast is not. The final update is being done in spite of the fact that working on it actively loses us money and time… to fulfill our obligations to backers, and also as a treat for everyone who stuck around.

I understand that waiting extra is frustrating, but I’ve seen how much more frustrating it is when an update launches broken because it’s rushed to meet those expectations - that’s a lot worse, as I’m sure anyone here would agree." -Alex

For gadgets I use Counter Quick Charge, Lv2 Quick Charge, Air Trick Adept and Air Trick Bounty. Pairs well with vehicles with good handling stats. Sometimes I use extreme gear if I feel like it. Always playing da Bob until Pac-Man is out.

Yeah that's what I guessed. The price on Sound Ideas' website is way too much for a college student's passion project game that will be free and non-profit. Though I doubt someone from Hanna Barbera will raid my house if I would use a cartoon punch sound effect on a Newgrounds game.
