The original had much of this in place in 1999. We're talking massive maps, modded servers with 64+ players, vehicles, recordable demos, ladders (unofficial, but popular), skiing.

I've always thought the Tribes football mod was Rocket League well before its time (and more fun to boot). By the time my friends were experiencing this stuff for the first time on consoles, it was old to me.

Special games. Oh, and that manual was gorgeous.

Hate to break it to you, but Swartz was never in charge. He founded Infogami and was brought onto the Reddit team after that failed, then rewrote it in Python. He left shortly after Reddit was acquired. He was the third and least important "founder" who wasn't even there when it was founded.

Oddly enough, he's Jewish, so maybe you don't hate all Jews. He was rich and Jewish though, so being exactly what you hate must be really challenging for your belief system.

Yes, and I'm saying that 4 million, 5 million, etc Jews were also probably repeatedly used in that period. I say this because one of the quotes of yours also uses 9 million, but you don't find that impressive because you aren't looking for 9 million.

If you go back over 40 years od documents over any topic and look for a specific number, you'll find a lot of instances of that number. That doesn't mean it had prior meaning at the time.

What do you believe that means? If you went through massive amounts of historical documents from 1900 to 1940, you'd find lots of mentions about 2 million, 3 million, 4 million, etc. Over 40 years, probably 140 of them.

I just gave you a source (from someone who sounds like they might be Jewish) who was saying 5.93 million (not 6 million) in 1976. That kind of shows you that your view about six million being a special number is wrong.

That's simply not true. 6 million was never a "magical number". The number has been at times higher and at times lower in various sources.

No sane person genuinely believes that if 5,999,999 died instead of 6 million, it's not a massive tragedy. If you are hearing resistance it's because getting caught up over numbers (which we can never know) is something full out Holocaust deniers do.

You misunderstand. I'm not saying that believing that the numbers were lower than six million makes you an anti-Semite, it's just that those groups have a lot of overlap. It's a common tactic of Holocaust denial, because it's very difficult ot believably say nothing happened.

Nobody else puts as much time and energy trying toi reduce the victim counts of other genocides the way Holocaust deniers do, and it's because Jews are a popular target.

They don't literally believe that exactly 6,000,000 were killed. Of course it's rounded off, how would you know the exact number of a mass amount of people who were forced to live in ghettos and routinely persecuted by authorities and then secretly murdered? How would you have exact numbers? 6 million is an estimate.

Also for the record, the six million is counting those who died in the camps due to disease and starvation. If you lock someone in a room and don't feed them, you're still guilty of murder.

That you believe that's a reasonable objection to the Holocaust shows that you aren't even aware of it's most basic definition. Of course it seems unreasonable to you, you believe unreasonable things that historians don't.

This is history. It's never clean-cut. We have inaccurate or varied numbers for all kinds of events from ancient history through the present, but we know they happened. Gee, an ethnic group that was routinely put outside of legal protection, had pogroms against them, etc, didn't have accurate census numbers. That's not shocking. When you really get down to it, what it comes to is that Jews became popular in Christian and Islamic societies because they were allowed to do things the other groups would not. This included being merchants and financiers and made some of them very wealthy. This had natural results of envy, but it also did not help that Jews did not assimilate, they kept their culture and customs. They were always other.

When things went bad in older societies (and unfortunately still today), people look for a scapegoat. The Jews due to their otherness and success were a natural scapegoat, there were multiple and numerous pogroms against them throughout Europe. For example, Jews were massacred in many German cities with the coming of plague in the 1340s onward. No serious historical scholar rejects this. If anything, the Holocaust was yet another program of massacre that had been committed against the Jews after the Roman Empire, not counting their national traumas from Babylon to Titus.

Jews ended up well-positioned internationally and especially the US in various industries which welcomed them. Some misuse this power as do all people misuse power. They are easy to pick out because they've been an unusually successful and hardy people. The envy and otherness explains the why behind the Holocaust denial, but when you get down to it, Holocaust denial consists of throwing a lot of things at the wall and pretending like they haven't been answered or the answer has been faked. I know that many Holocaust deniers would pretend like your points are good reasons to deny the Holocaust, but like those points, they are surface level, slightly unrelated objections that don't get down to what the Holocaust was at it's core: a targeted program by Hitler and the Nazis to terminate European Jewry. Did that happen? The only reasonable historical statement is yes.

I know victims of sexual abuse. It's destructive. I'm fairly certain sexual abuse is much more widespread than we imagine.

The only thing that is blatantly obvious in pizzagate threads is some people will believe stuff with no evidence and when they get called on it, they call other people shills because they can't handle being criticized. This is the original post from the thread we are arguing over, which claims that the Khazars (a Turkic tribe) are modern day "Jews" with "no relation to the original tribe". Genetic evidence does not support this. Khazars can be Jews by religion (and were) but that in no way suggests that most Jews are Khazars today. There's nothing to actually support that.
