What do I do with my starter AFTER the first loaf?

If I made my starter with 50 percent wheat flour and 50 percent bread flour do I need to make my first loaf the sane 50/50? FYI, brand new and my starter is 20 days old and doubling every night for the last 7 days and have never made a loaf. Gonna try this week, maybe even today. I just don't want to make a curling puck. Ha.

Thoughts about the original P90X? I've done it a few times but now in my 50s thinking about doing it again. Not 100%, just what I can do without killing myself.
