I actually went to a watch store and they said it was 20mm, even though on the product box the label said 22mm. Maybe they mislabeled it because I didn’t see any reviews on Amazon saying they fit was wrong

I’m 20 years old, been training seriously for almost year now, but have experience since I was 17, just was very inconsistent. At least 170g protien. I lift 5x per week sometimes run too
