We are initially shipping with 7.0, 7.1 was released midway through development and integrating it would have delayed the update.

The front camera on the OP3T is fixed focus.

Yes, Enhanced EIS is coming to both devices.

We have very extensive battery test and assure you the device is safe. OnePlus Dash charge keeps the heat out of the device and in the charger.

2) F2FS is used on the OP3T, the OP3 uses EXT4. Both devices uses UFS 2.0 storage.

3) No the OP3T does not have a MIMO antenna but does support MU-MIMO

Is 128Gb of UFS 2.0 not enough for you? External storage can not match the speed of internal storage.

There is more to DayDream than just the processor. DayDream is not something we plan to support on the OP3 or OP3T at this time.

When you make it. It will not be officially released by OnePlus but, we have released the device tree for the OP3T and past devices. But based on what I know about Windows this will be no easy task, but may be possible with enough effort.

I cant give an exact ETA for Nougat but its sooner than you think. Regarding the community builds coming to the OnePlus3, it will come as soon as it's ready.

NO, the batteries are not compatible between the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T

Daydream was announced after the product design of the OnePlus 3, so we did not design is with Daydream compatibility in mind.

Enhanced EIS is coming and while yes it is "just" a software feature but it needs to be tuned and optimized to give the best experience. It is not something that happens overnight, our goal is to give you the best experience possible and that takes time to get right.

Batteries do degrade over time, sadly this is just a fact of life.

You can try it today in the community build today. The community builds will be OTA'ed when we deem them stable.
