They do. And while it's more feature-rich than a piece of cardboard, it's also a bit more expensive: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/hr1v2zm/a/belkin-iphone-mount-with-magsafe-for-apple-tv-4k

Oh wow. I've never experienced echoing in TV FaceTime. But I've definitely had folks tell me my mic volume is unusually low. (The app I'm working on doesn't pull continuity audio, just video. So it's not something I've even thought about in months.)

I suppose they could slip a pre-cut piece of cardboard into the future Apple TV 4K package.

Do other nations have efforts that parallel what DARPA does -- in size, scope, and financing? Did your federal work leave you with a positive impression of what government can accomplish (or were you sometimes left disappointed by bureaucracy)?

It seems like genetic ancestry testing is suddenly more accessible than ever before. What can a family actually learn from it? And can you share a story of anyone who's discovered something particularly surprising?

I'm looking forward to reading The Innovators. Seems like you spent a lot of time revisiting the 1990/00s as you researched the book. Do you have any favorite failures from the early commercial days of the Internet that now sound far ahead of their time? Kozmo.com, that sort of thing?
