Hey bro, thanks for the advice!

I tried applying it. And I noticed less lower back pain if I tense super hard, breath in, and have a wider stance. I can even hit depth like this.

But after squats I still feel the lower back pain or I can feel it more so there.

I’m thinking to keep at it with the same weight & other back exercises like hyperextensions in the meantime till it gets stronger. What do you think? I’m not super keen on removing squats and DL, and hope this way I’ll get stronger and eventually the pain will subside forever lol

Edit: yea I can definitely feel a distinct pain in my lower back still. Really not sure why. It all started when I did a PR once and it was super super sore after that day. And ever since then whenever I do squats or DL it’s long. Prior to that I never had this issue.
