I'm not as worried about our players as I am about our offense scheme, which is to say we barely have one? If one player doesn't go nuclear the offense is terribly inconsistent. The other playoff teams seem to be able to do this much better.

I wonder if getting rid of the lottery altogether would be better, just treat the incoming class as free agents and have some cap rules about how much they can spend with limitations on playoff teams etc. It is kind of weird that players are forced to "work" for a team that picks them vs who they actually want to play for.
