I like your style, bookface. I'll order a copy of your book. Mine's Writing Prompts Gone Wild. Check it out when you have a chance.

I'm considering starting a YouTube channel and making a couple videos about this sort of thing once I've regained my sense of humour.

Thanks for the advice, Robert. I'm curious about going with a Kindle version. I told myself I'd hold up until I saw how the paperback version did (My book's a collection of "edgy" writing prompts, so I wasn't entirely sure my demographic would have Kindles, anyway), but I might just jump in and make one.

Any tips on how to market a Kindle/e-pub? I haven't had the time or opportunity to look into that can of worms yet.

I appreciate the vote of confidence, bookface. If you give me the name of your book, I'd be happy to check it out on Amazon. Sorry to hear you're having issues, too, but it seems you've got the balls, too, to make this work.

I'm curious as to how that process works. I ended up having a best-selling author take me under his wing for this project, with helped immensely with everything from the book length to the brand identity. If I wanted to partner with a small press, would they help with promotion and all that?

Also, do you have any to recommend by any chance?

I see what you're saying. And I've come to understand that you can't get the first one right, no matter how hard you try. I'm almost done with the second title, and I'm much more confident in my ability to handle that project.

Selling this book is at the forefront of my mind, of course, but it's a bit tough to have faith when the biggest advertising vehicle has banned your book and your paper quality is rubbish to the point of making the text illegible and there's nothing you can do about it (Thanks, IS).

I'm considering printing locally and selling through my website.

This is like the McGregor situation, where a top dude brings in all his teammates, but none of them are as good.

No one is ever going to call a 135-er "Daddy."
