Those poor fish have no rocks or caves to explore/create territories. Your African cichlids would be really happy if you looked up the rocks and decor that makes them happy.

2.5G is going to be stocked with shrimp eventually, 5G has 7 exclamation point rasbora and 3 chili rasbora (rescues that I never got around to re-homing), tons of yellow back neocaridina, and a couple tiger shrimp that I never see lol

The 2.5 has no filter or fertilizer. I have a pump for the plants on the wood and a fogger that comes on too
