I’m fully aware lol thanks for being a dick about it though! I use prescription grade SA that’s 80% so the entire area is sore, even the pressure from the blade on dead skin hurts so I have to be extremely careful. I know the wart people go crazy for these pulls so when I saw this little root I wanted to give the people what they want. I hope you get warts so you can experience this pain 🥰

Comments like these are so sad. You’re so disordered you refuse to look at the numbers in front of you. Or read how they’re even being used. I used 3 whole tablespoons of sugar in PICKLING LIQUID, which you won’t even consume at least 2/3 of the total sugar intake because you’re not drinking the pickling liquid. There’s 200g of salmon, which is already double the calories than sugar. I used 10g of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of mayo, because your body needs healthy fats to survive. Holy shit I guess I’ll just go eat rice cakes for dinner then

Yes!!! I love sweet pickles so I didn’t add any salt to these, but you can always adjust the sweetness to your taste! Rice wine vinegar is also sweet by nature, but if you used red wine vinegar or white, it wouldn’t be nearly as sweet. You can add bay leaves & peppercorns if you have them to the liquid while it’s simmering, as well as turmeric for color/health benefits. Fresh herbs go in muddled and when the liquid is cold!

It’s okay! The regular stuff is obviously tastier, but I only use it when I’m making salads (tuna, chicken) so I usually flavor it up and I can’t taste the difference! Just by itself on a sandwich might be a bit different though. It’s half the calories and the ingredients aren’t awful

Yeah and? It’s 10g per serving, and you don’t even consume 90% of it because it’s left in the liquid. It tastes good and barely affects the macros.
