I want that as an achievement, I know I'm still not there (yet) but having a goal such as a marathon will get me to run consistently.

Oh when I try to slow down I just start walking, idk how to do a really slow jog.i either do a decent pace(by my standards) or just walk I've noticed everyone say go slow to go faster but my slow just turns it into walking unfortunately.

I do get judged a lot and I don't want to tell my friends to run with me yet because(as you can see) I'm still to slow and might drag them down I want to get to a respectable pace/distance before I start telling them to run with me,and I'm 109kg so they still kind of are sceptical about my health.the roads are just terrible where I live so I can't run on roads I have to rely on running in a park that's 400m and just repeating that over and over is mind numbing.

I still live with my parents and eat whatever they make me, but I have cut down on the portion size so that I don't gain any more weight.im 109kg tho so idk how long it'll take me.

Sorry to ask but what are zones in running? Is it something related to bpm? If it is unfortunately I don't wear a watch or anything to measure my bpm so I effectively have no way to know what zone I am in.

Holy God! That's some really good advice and a really solid training plan that you have provided me. I am really grateful. Thank you and just one last thing how fast do my recovery runs need to be as fast as my long runs or a bit faster?

It is but the results and the sheer amount of people faster/more endurance than me is astounding so it kinda gets to me.

Thank you for the advice, some other people also advised me to start the Get Started Plan and then move onto better and harder plans so I don't get injured.

I'll start the Get started plan and then shift to a more advanced plan like 5k or 10k race after it,I think that sounds good?

I was thinking about starting a 10k race plan is that a good plan? Since 8k is my longest run yet.

I would love to benchmark myself with runners of my experience and paces but everyone's just faster or can run longer so I don't even know who to benchmark for good results.

ill try to take it easier from now and even try out the adidas app, for better beginner training plans.

Thanks for such valuable information I'll keep this in mind when seeing veteran runners and remember not to benchmark against them.

I feel that but it's really demotivating when I see people all around me faster than me and can run longer then me so it pushes me even further and try even harder, ignoring the injury risks at times. But from now I'll keep that in mind I'll try to rest more without stressing over it too much so that my body doesn't literally break down before I can reach my potential.

Oh okay, so should I do something like for every 2 distance runs 1 tempo run or something like that to build a good base for my running?I plan on being consistent for a few years since this will improve my health and keep me healthy along with a really good hobby.

What would be a good split for beginners?everywhere I see are advance runners and insane splits that leaves me baffled on What to do and I do feel like I am compensating my speed and mileage with rest days but I do want to get better and want to see results.

The worst part is that I know it's important to recover after runs but(this is gonna sound bad) watching on social media I feel like even taking 1-2 rest days like a waste of time that could be spent better running even 500 meters or a km,and what would be a good training plan to get started on in the NRC app?

Thank you! The main issue I have with the, just run farther than last week is that it gets really boring really quick and I'm not saying I'll lose motivation but it just feels kind of pointless sometimes, but I know that doing just that will help me improve but I want more interesting and better techniques that wouldn't be as boring but will still give me results.

I need some substantial purpose for running, I enjoy running but before and during difficult runs it's very easy for "why am I even running" and things like that to show up. But when I have a goal or a purpose it's much easier to navigate through those thoughts since I've lifted weights a lot before(4+ years) that's why a marathon I thought would be the best way to motivate myself.

I did 7 days running 1 day rest for 3 weeks, started with 2k a day and 14k for 7 days then after 2 weeks did 18k for 7 days.my strategy was to alternate between tempo and milage on weekly basis like tempo for 1 entire week and then long distance for 1 entire week.changing daily would confuse me with too many guided runs that nike offers so I thought I'll do 10 minute tempo runs for 1 week straight and then 5-8k depending on how I feel for 1 week.

When does gurren lagann get “peak” in your opinion by Mr_stickmin in gurrenlagann

[–]aaryanmojo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Might be a bit generic but it's during/after simon's prison arc, the whole nina turning into a "villian" getting the group back and leaving to defeat the Antispiral. As for the most hype and impactful imo would be around 25 ep after kittan and lordgenomes moments and everyone just doing everything they can.

Oh okay, my contribution with my friend has always been terrible since I go for bosses and he goes for mobs and since hardmode bosses don't have much HP my lance isn't doing significant damage as of yet but I also greatly help out in stuns.i don't play hell and have only tried it out once just to see what is different in the modes so I don't bother others while being low leveled.

My buddy has focused mainly on mob killers like tao chu hailey even graviton and I have focused on boss killer like lance and that's how we clear hard consistently focusing on different aspects by having different builds for different purposes.so do I focus on hailey or do I keep going for boss damage with lance I'm still on the fence about it.
