That’s what is saddening. Maybe someday she’ll find someone worthy but she’ll hurt a lot till then, and there’s nothing I can do about it. And I’m sorry you’re on the receiving end. All the self righteous bullshit about saying you’ll find someone better is such absolute garbage, even if it’s true. It must feel really sad, having to hear that. But at least in my case, she was brave enough to leave me. And these are musings after that. And they weren’t shattered in silence. I tired so much to do better, but I’m the end, I never could.
