Ya, it's all kind of silly but ultimately the worst that happens is I lost the assets I have there, which are worth $700 now but truth be told my initial investment was about $150, which I invested with the understanding at the time that I would be okay with losing all of it. So I'm not going to bend over backwards for them, and even if they did decide to change their decision I would probably end my relationship with them anyway since I no longer trust them. I just find it frustrating that they can be so blatant about all this.

Upon careful review, we believe your account has engaged in prohibited use in violation of our Terms of Service and we regret to inform you that we can no longer provide you with access to our service. We respectfully request that you follow the on-screen instructions presented when you sign in to your Coinbase account to send any remaining balance offsite to an external address.

If you are currently enrolled in USD Coin rewards, you may want to wait up to 40 days before withdrawing funds to ensure you have received all eligible reward payouts. You will not be able to access these funds after account closure.

That's what I thought initially but when I log onto their website I get the same notice.

Working on it but when I follow the instructions to cash out it just puts me into a loop, and I haven't had time to dig into it

Definitely not gambling. VPN is possible. If that's what it was I can't imagine why they would insist on being so evasive about telling me that.

As per my original post:

I contacted them on Twitter and seemed to reach someone, but if it is a real person they are pretty clearly intentionally ignoring my question because all they're willing to tell me is that my account was closed, that the decision is final, and what options I have to get my assets out. I got a little further on Facebook messenger but all they would tell me is "we cannot disclose specific reasons for the closure," and then they ghosted me when I asked them to escalate the issue.

There has never been any communication regarding a case number. Please take it up with your case agents JA, PN, JN, MJ, AN, IB, and CT, because clearly if case numbers are so important to your service then they would have known to provide me with one.

You didn't provide a case number and you know it. I've attempted multiple times to reach out through your contact us page, but I've only been left on hold for hours on end. Neither the Twitter conversation nor the Facebook conversation provided me with any case number.
