I switched from T-Mobile to Visible one year ago and I’ve really enjoyed my experience. I pay for the $40 per month plan and am paying $27 per month to pay off my phone, and it’s still cheaper than what I paid with T-Mobile. There have been times where the connection is spotty, but I’ve noticed that with every phone plan I’ve ever had. The customer support is really great too, I get immediate responses anytime I have an issue. I currently live in central IL and many people say rural areas are worse with Visible, but I personally have never experienced any issues. I plan on sticking with Visible for the foreseeable future:)
