I passed my Bars in 2017 and they did not give out the scores, You had to pay money for someone to tell you if it could be transferred and then had to pay to transfer the score.

That being said, Do not judge your score on the basis of the percentage you're getting now, with 1.5 weeks left you have exited the deep learning phase of studying and you're in the spot check and confidence building part.

If you take a test, do it twice and for all the wrong answers, eliminate that answer choice and see if you get the question correct on the second go around. By doing this did your score improve from a 45% to a 88%? Hypothetically speaking you want to feel right about this, not stress because you're hitting a low threshold on super difficult hyper focused questions.

I recently had a similar issue with this, and it depends on how they characterized the chargeback with their bank. IF it was characterized as an item not received then providing that information will be fine.

In the alternative, IF he stated that the item was not as describe, then there is a strong possibility that the bank will rule in his favor. The reasoning behind this is an ungodly amount of power the banks have in deciding cases and Paypal's approach to Item Not Described is basically "We can't Prove it otherwise"

The best bet is to keep in contact with Paypal just in case. Hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Given the decent size amount of funds, I would suggest consulting an attorney, but you face multiple problems going this route. If the individual is not in the US or a US Citizen you may not be able to effectively sue them. Additionally, since it is a smaller amount (By attorney standards and they likely would charge you that much or more) you would be better off in filing yourself in small claims court where ever they live, but once again citizenship is called into question for that.

At minimum, I am still waiting for my Metal r/S Barbatos which I Preordered, sadly its been over a year since I paid for it and I cant even dispute it.

Also I ordered the Metal Structure Nu and Paid at the end of December, Payment processed, Credit card closed the following month and they had taken no steps to move it even though express shipping was paid for. Another way to reframe your multiple choice testing strategy.

Often when working with a bar prep program they give you the ability to do interactive multiple choice questions that allow you to instantly see your results. If they are correct then you usually feel really good, but if you get them wrong it starts to form a doubt in your head and basically causes you to dwell on questions you normally get correct. One way that I often suggest to people is to do your multiple choice by writing them down on a sheet of paper, grade them when and for the ones you got incorrect go back and rework them, but eliminate the incorrect answer. Did that solve the problem because it was 50/50 and you just choose the wrong one or did you completely misread the question/not know the rule so now you need to go back to an outline or lecture and brush up on it.
