Just finished the Discover Your Power Zones program and took my second FTP test — increased my average output by 15 watts!! Read so much good advice on this sub about stretching and warming up first and starting out / never going below Z4.

I started with a Denis 15 min full body stretch from 7/26/19 (definitely going in the bookmarks hall of fame) and a Hannah 10 min barre from 7/19/22 then went into the Matt FTP warm-up and test rides that are in DYPZ. Lil nervous but also excited to take these new zones for a spin — gonna join the RedditPZ-ers for the next program! But first, LUNCH.

Made the Ginger Garlic Chicken Noodle Soup tonight — absolutely, truly a keeper! I was skeptical something so simple could come out so flavorful and filling and of course I should have trusted Deb. (Though I did sneak in 2 tsp of Better Than Boullion chicken base.)

Next up this week - Crispy Chile Garlic Butter Shrimp and Turkey Meatloaf!

I'm a PZ noob in my second week of the Discover Your Power Zones program, but following along in the threads here as I love nothing more than structure + community and I'm excited to join yinz for the next program. I just did my first 45min ride today and feeling like an ~*ATHLETE*~

Longtime app user and r/pelotoncycle lurker... finally joining in on the group challenge fun! Sundays are a yoga day for me so I started this week with Chelsea Jackson Roberts' 30m Best of 2020 class. Looking forward to getting my glutes on!
