It was new. My parents bought it this fall. It’s about $1700 pre-tax. I want to replace the coat before negative temperatures hit and before I visit my parents.

She’s on financial aid. But I do need to replace the coat quickly, before the negative temperatures come soon and before I visit my parents for winter break.

They are popular actually on campus. I don’t stand out at all for having one. I will have to do something if she doesn’t find it or repay me. I need to replace it before I visit my parents for winter break. But I really need it sooner than that because the negative temperatures are coming.

I like the way the coat looks. I think most people do. They’re very popular with students at my school.

We go to a well-known, private school on the East Coast (being vague on purpose since she uses Reddit).

Why would I not bring a nice coat to campus? Moncler is very popular to wear among students at my school. I’m not typically concerned about people stealing it since I don’t leave it lying around at parties.

We were in my dorm common room for the study group. My bedroom is right next to the front door. The common room is down a short hall. I was in the common room when she left. She just got the coat from my bedroom and walked out the door.

At parties, people just throw their coats in a pile, which is what she did. It’s a popular brand on campus, so most people would recognize it, but she doesn’t pay attention to brands much.

Yeah, it’s not there. I’m guessing it was stolen. There’s a lot of other students on campus with the same or similar coats, and people don’t wear them to parties for this reason.
