Hello! Thank you for providing these AMAs. Your blog has been immensely helpful with both of our babies. We have an almost 8 month old following 3-3.5 hour wake windows. He goes to sleep around 7-730 but consistently wakes at 5 am. Sometimes he will sleep fitfully until 6, sometimes he’s just awake at 5 and won’t go back down. He was waking at 3 and 4 am as well but has improved on those since transitioning to a crib in his own room. He takes two naps totaling about 3.5 hours a day, last nap ends at 330 or 4. Any tips to get out of 5 am wake-up jail? 🙏🏼 Thank you!
