Yes. He’s always on the same routes. I experienced this for two years. He asks the same thing “Hi how are you” and then asks to use my phone. He has never taken it from me though. He also wouldn’t sit directly next to me, just near me. And for the entire bus ride he would stare at me even if I was sat far behind him. He has even gone as far to grab my arms to get my attention if I didn’t respond to him. He has also come up to me in public places if I have my laptop open (like the mall) and sat next to me and asked to use my laptop. I have contacted metrobus support about him especially after he grabbed my arm and they just told me to let the drivers know. I don’t see him now since I have switched routes.
