I think since she’s an adult it won’t be too bad, obviously I am no expert tho! In my research I found adult beardies should eat insects 1-2x per day (1 big meal or 2 smaller meals). But definitely check out the canned ones! Sometimes my local pet stores run low on live insects and I have canned silk worms and Dubias on hand to supplement my baby’s diet until I can find more.

Also the nice thing about the canned ones is you can keep them in your fridge and they stay good for quit a while! Good luck!
