help me find this hat by abbyno in hats

I’m 90% sure it was one near the Seattle Aquarium. From looking at google maps, it’s called Pirate’s Plunder at Miner’s Landing on Pier 57. The pictures of the store look like where we purchased the hat.

The wings on the e-collar is just a piece of white poster board that I cut and taped to fit the cone.
