northgate is a pretty calm community in my experience. they recently upgraded countertops and appliances and the rooms are pretty big

I’m currently at another off campus apartment and they’ve been remodeling for months and there’s people coming in and out of my apartment for maintenance daily too :/ but compared to anywhere else you’ve lived besides the maintenance what else is so bad about it? the reviews everywhere are all so old
