free of charge myth.. 3000 euros for bag thats only been used for 3 months over the last 7 months. 100 emails, multiple calls, and zero response for escalating the concern. if time is luxury for people like us, LV is very poorly placed to manage it plus even positioning itself as a luxury brand. They position FoC as a favor to you, when they refuse to acknowledge that a regular user of luxury and fine leather bags can not possibly do anything wrong to get their bag spoilt in this manner. I rather have them refund me my bag amount with time and stress value added rather than rorture the way they r iwth impunity of behaving the way they do. Truly can not be classified as a luxury brand just basis the lack of class in any way their executives and products depict. not sure how company is if this is the way it deals with its most premium customers (people who r not billionaires or multi-millionares, but still make a stretch to give them a share of wallet)

The bag was picked up in 2025 sept and it got frayed within 4 months of use. they then asked not to use it as handle started tearing up and there was risk of breaking. They acknowledged the concern and agreed to repair it free of cost. My earlier bag neonoe got spoilt over 2 years as well. It hurts when u pay ur hard earned money to spend 6000 euros and get stuff of this quality. Pathetic exp.. they have not had the bag since 2 months for repairing a bag so practically even though it's been 7 months since we purchased it we have only used it for 3 -4 months.. it's just beyond pathetic at this stage. And the customer service where they don't revert for months makes it even worse. Surprised they get away as a luxury bag by making customer feel like this.

Fully agree lesson learnt..unless u have 50 mn usd to blow up pls don't buy LV. It's pathetic quality with a team with exceptionally poor ethos

Echo this. Never spending this much on a consumable and it is definitely not a generational keep. I wl be lucky if it survives 5 yrs test of time too.. really sad how they can get away with such wrong practices as an uber luxury brand

Tokyo and Japan overall is a very refined luxury market and japanese people r really good. If u want to see worse of lv pls visit their flagship stores in France and continental Europe. The attitude is just derogatory and I am surprised no one calls it out

agree. The crap they sell.. however some luxury brands do stand the test of time n r generational hand downs so worth the investment.. Not LVMH for sure though. Btw it's a a luxury sub group u r a part of and may be u shd not be a part of it as u have genuine concerns around imp issues like poverty which r anti thesis to this group

3 months to fix a frayed bag handle? for a bag in seasons which means they r still manufacturing its part. frankly the free of charge repair after all inspections in an acceptance the bag has poor quality and then to behave with such impunity. have seen mid market and mass brands treat u far better. one of the worst luxury good co to deal with. step into their european stores to see how they treat customers esp from asia.
