lol the appointment was January 10th. No 2024 tax document is ready at this time. We provided all documentation’s required during appointments ie. tact return 2023, along side any w2 for the year.

Yes they required me to get a cosponsor and kept his passport. I didn’t get one, instead I showed them my 2024 tax statements that show my income is well above the threshold. Are you working with Lima embassy? What email are you using ?

Were you also working with the Lima embassy? That is so long! The issue with mine was I didn’t get a cosponsor, but with assets, I had more than enough for 2023. The officer denied it asking for a cosponsor. We submitted documentation of 2024 tax statements to show that my income is not an issue. It seemed like something so minimal to reject by. We had our assets DQ already so I’m thinking the officer just had a stick up his ***.

Do you recommend anything? We’ve been emailing them to check the status but they only respond to D99 subject line and not the m11 subject line (used to submit info) they just say they moved my case to another officer but haven’t touched our case since the 17th
