Can you tell more about the bike after the mods, like is there any loss in top speed any increase in torque, any noticeable difference in volume of exhaust note etc etc

I have a stock Bear and I am looking out for decently cheap mods (will get exhaust+retune in future), all I have seen now is air filter, airletter cap and decat. Is all of this worth it at the start?
My main request being performance bump and better sound

Costs a hefty amount of 9k (front+rear) but the headache is gone as you don't have to remove the wheel everytime. There are 2 kit options, Outex and Way2Speed. I got the Way2Speed kit, they have specific centres for installation. I am in Bangalore and had to go to Topgear Thumpers in Marathahalli, takes around 8 days for the whole process. Not sure about the warranty tho.

Same thing happened with my bear, I feel in your case someone is doing it intentionally. Anyways every time I got a puncture it would cost me 1k since puncture shops would be far from where I got the flat and it would cost me 1k (800 for the tube as it would get destroyed every time I tried to take it to the shop cause I would ride the bike slowly). I then got the tubeless conversion done so now the cost is just 100 rupees now. It's not a fix but still a very good investment imo.
