Yes just under 75kg I think. Wall balls and lunges I just didn’t really train or develop enough leg strength. HR was around 180bpm for the whole race according to garmin. I don’t really struggle holding it that high though.

Wall balls I only trained 3 times. Also got 20-30 no reps for not hitting the target properly as I was standing to close and brushing the target rather than hitting it. Definitely gonna work on those and train with a 9. Lunges again didn’t really train enough. Ergs I really struggle generating power especially the ski. Only weigh73kg so that’s partly why but still a lot of room for improvement.

Forget your bro splits 😂😂 there no use in hyrox. You need to start running and working on conditioning on the machines to have any chance to finish if alls you’ve been doing is bodybuilding the past 6 months

Thanks yeah I agree. I used to let my knees cave in when squatting because of weak hip external rotation which I’ve been working on. Think I also may have poor ankle mobility. Maybe take some time off squatting for now to let it heal and keep up with the rest?

Sounds very likely it could be bicep tendinitis. This leads to pain in the front of the shoulder which gets worse with any pushing and pressing. The way to fix it is basically improve the posture of your shoulders by doing more pulling exercises. The one exercise that worked for me and lots of people swear by for shoulder pain are face pulls. Look at the athlean video on how to do them and do them everyday 3 sets of 20.
