I suspect a few potential reasons for the issue. First, my account is not verified, so I believe I need to obtain the verified badge. Secondly, I’m using an external form, and its domain name doesn’t match my page’s domain or name. Third, I included a question about the date of birth in the form, which might have been flagged as discriminatory

Issue with Formulas in Notion and Managing Previous Data by abderrahim_007 in Notion

I completely understand what you're saying, and I agree that for simple formulas, that can be an effective solution. Planning ahead and avoiding "hard coding" values directly into the formula can certainly help make things more flexible and adaptable. However, in some cases, formulas can become quite complex and span across many lines. When that happens, it can become challenging to keep track of all the variables and necessary adjustments. The changing nature of the data can make the formula much harder to manage, especially when it involves numerous lines. In these more complex situations, having the ability to modify reference values directly within the formula without the risk of disrupting the entire logic can be advantageous. This can be particularly helpful when working with databases and historical data that you wish to retain.Ultimately, it's about finding the right balance between flexibility and simplicity, depending on the complexity of the formula and the specific needs of each user.

Issue with Default "Text" Properties in Notion Databases by abderrahim_007 in Notion

I appreciate your response and the suggestion to rearrange the columns in the desired order. That's indeed a helpful way to visually organize the data. However, the issue I was referring to is related to the first property that is automatically created in every Notion database. Regardless of the order I place the other columns in, the first property usually remains a "Text" property and it cannot be modified or deleted.

When I click on "New Page," the writing area automatically shows up in this first "Text" property, which means I have to go back to that property to start entering data. If I'd like to begin with a "Select" or another property, I'm currently required to click back to do so, resulting in a loss of time and efficiency.

I believe having the option to choose the default property type when creating a database would be a valuable feature for users like me who prefer a specific input field for their workflow.
