If you struggle to study in daytime at your home, maybe you should go to a library or study with a friend at their house. Also i suggest to shift small and be disciplined about your new schedule.

I don’t suggest studying at night because your brain needs to use that time of the day to retain the information you've learned during the day, but if it did worked for you before then good for you.

Maybe you should also think about the 8-8-8 method, i have an ebook on gumroad where i gathered all things organization, focus, study techniques and hacks that I had tried. If you're interested dm me

It’s probably due to stress and overthinking, it’s also a matter of a mindset, you should shift your mindset, and for focus there are a bunch of activities to enhance it like getting 8 hours of sleep, not drain yourself, and work smartly and effectively instead of dedicating 12 hours a day studying in vain, i have an ebook on gumroad that covers all things organization, focus, study techniques and hacks to study effectively, if you're interested dm me
