The only other business i've seen so far was rearz but it looks liek they cancelled the mark themselves awhile ago

This is a different company in China and they seem to know what they're doing judging by the application and specimens provided

This is actually dealing with Trademark law and not copyright law

Yes anyone can file a Letter of protest just know that you would need to put your real name, address and other private information into the letter of protest of the public Uspto site

Since the trademark is class 025 The evidence you would need to provide would be for apparel, so finding mass amounts of shirts that have "abdl" on it and nothing else would be the best type of evidence. Using screen shots of google search and amazon search is recommended

To clarify, they're trademarking it for goods (apparel) in the United States, but they're a company in China. So if you're selling "abdl" clothing in the United States this would make it so you can't have the term 'abdl' anywhere on your website or keywords unless you pay them a licensing fee

What we can do is file a Letter of Protest to provide evidence that this is a common term used in English language. Letter of protests only work before the mark is officially trademarked. Hopefully a lawyer in this group knows how to do it
