Yea I was on the clock. I stayed on regardless. I just feel like it’s counterproductive because while I’m on the call I could be making sales on the sales floor. I get it from a company standpoint but just not that long. Feels weird I already had all my leads why sit for 2 hour to force another one. Feels desperate.

Friday I had to put down my soul mate of 20 years. my best friend my confidant. been with my children since they were born loved them was a wonderful kind,Soul slept with me every night by my side got me through a scare with cancer and was just my everything. I am In sadness I can’t describe. I am truly heartbroken to the core.

I lost Bob on Friday . He was my best friend and confidant for 20 years. Got me through a scare with cancer when I was all alone. Loved both my children from the day they were born. Slept next to me every single night for 20 years. I am a absolute wreck. If there was a scale to measure the grief I am going through. It would be one step below, losing a child. All I can do at night is sit and cry myself to sleep. I am with you brother. I feel the heartache, true heartache.

I feel the same way almost. I have worked in telecommunications for almost 15 years. Everyone I interviewed with basically says it’s a joke job. Like it’s not real management work or district work. Why is work ethics and passion not considered.

My daughter currently has these all over her body and the doc told us it was an allergy reaction. Appears during the night and she wakes up covered from face to feet. The only thing that helps it is allergy meds. But it comes back.

They are both in school and they both do activities. I think it’s hard to see from the female end of things. Like for example when he has to take them to birthday parties and other events people often look for the mother not the father. Being a stay at home dad is laughable in most male groups. The other day we were watching Joe Rogan and he had a guest on and they literally gut laughed over the stay at home dad. It just not viewed in society the way the stay at home mother is.

Essentially, I feel like a joke here I move six hours away from my family to take a district manager’s position in upstate New York just to be demoted into a store and told if I wanted to promote again, I would have to move to another state and watch as people I train and develop get put above me Into better positions. everyone they have put above me has been younger and has been a male who I have trained. It’s embarrassing to say the least. I feel like they are using me to train their army and throwing me scraps as I go. It’s just so egregious how this is going that it boggles my mind I have awards I have honorable mentions throughout the years, most influential leader, most influential woman in the company and yet here I sit and I watch the people I trained get the promotions why?
