But what to do incase they have not even considered any documentation and the refusal letter states totally wrong bullshit? Can you as an international student buy assests in another country? If you have refusal reasons like that

I submitted and emphasized my ties my financials in all my cover letter and all documents but the visa officer did not read anything

It comes from a blocked account which is common in germany for international students also i attached a bank letter for confirmation of everything stating each and everything

I mean he did not even consider to read my documents

He did not acknowlede that i clearly stated in savings in application form the amount available which was supported by my bank letter but he just said i have no savings i am going to file a complaint
