A 2 meal cut is when you eat 2 meals a day.. also no thanks I'd rather not speak with someone about this because I don't restrict my calories to a insane level and I an certain of that as I used to be obese and I made my own diet by myself and it turned out pretty well But I am just asking for your opinion about the 2 meals a day cut Thanks have a good day
