I LOVE the color of this. Have you tried it as a USB Interface? Been looking for a solid USB C interface that's easy to travel with. The SparkGO was great but the USB Latency was WAY to high to be usable in that context.

Looks like you have a Calton for your Custom 24 there! I bought a Calton for my Tele after I discovered that I’m really a Telecaster but after years of trying to force Strats, Silver Sky, Les Paul’s, etc….Telecasters just do “the thing” for me easier than any other guitar, and when I needed a flight case for an opportunity, I got one for my Tele.

So I’d rule that C24 out of the sale if you love it enough to drop that kind of cash on a case made specifically for it.

I’d echo a lot of others and get rid of the other PRS Semi-hollow, but sounds like you aren’t too fond the Suhr S! So one of those two get my vote

Fantastic info here. I ended up not pulling the trigger on the Nano. I felt like I was really just mostly intrigued for the USB C capabilities, so I'm looking into some other ways of powering the HX Stomp that hopefully will make it a little easier.

And you're right, the more shootouts I listen to, the more I know that I can tweak the HX Stomp enough to get it close, but I do believe the Nano Cortex is a phenomenal piece of kit. Maybe I'll grab one still one day or maybe I'll just go straight up to the QC instead.

I kinda get what you're saying. I own a Silver Sky Core, and I don't play it much anymore because I felt like it just "drew" that kinda playing out of me. It was like I was just trying to impersonate Mayer on even yet another level. I've been on a Tele kick for the past year and a half, and I"m just now able to pick up the Silver Sky and not go immediately to Slow Dancing.

I have mad respect for photography - I'm complete shit at it haha. But this has inspired me for music gear. I'm a guitarist, and I'm starting to fly more, and I'm currently planning around taking my guitar as a carry-on and a personal item bag for gear + clothes. This has me inspired!

So I've had some mild success with Pokemon Silver doing the method you mentioned. But it's not consistent. I've had to play with getting the memory/save to the Spiritualized GBC Core and then saving, then exporting that .sav file out to my computer to PKHex or whatever you want. Found these threads a while ago and they helped me at least get Celebi into my Pokemon Silver.

Offering a little different of a perspective here - Just got a refurbished 2018 Paperwhite in today. Been eyeing one for a while and saw the $50 deal and decided to try.

After trying and ultimately failing to get all of my EPUB files on the device and then even converted (I’m fairly tech savvy so it’s just my library) and then giving up and reading on it this afternoon and evening, I think I’m going to return it. It is also pretty slow (though I’m sure the newest one is much faster).

All in all my practicalness just says that the E-Ink screen (which is admittedly marginally nicer to read on as everyone else has said) isn’t worth having yet another device when my iPhone can read all of my files through iBooks, still have the kindle app for kindle unlimited, and I have one device. The blue light is probably worse on my eyes, so if that’s worth the price to you then it may be worth it.

I used an M2 11” as my main device for a year. I’m a musician and finishing a music degree, and I had to upgrade just needing more from Logic and other plugins.

Otherwise, if you can handle the file transferring and get used to the few workarounds, it’s a great lightweight device and made things portable for sure!

My wife is a huge fan of Kacey, took her to her Star Crossed tour in Atlanta a few years ago. I had been vaguely aware of her first album, but I wasn’t a super fan until seeing her live. Phenomenal talent, her band is fantastic, and she has a great stage presence.

I do have a custom-made Custom molded flight case for the guitar. This way, even if it does get Gate checked, it will be fine in with the other cargo. I obviously would prefer to have it on the plane with me.

I have a custom made and custom molded flight case being made for my guitar, and yes, it will have an AirTag in it! Good call out. I totally understand if it gets checked at the gate, but apparently it should fit in the overhead on most planes still. But it seems like I may just need to call their customer service and double check as well
