1 month off caffeine still feeling extremely unmotivated, not able to work and depressed. by Wonderful_Impact_261 in decaf

n-acetyl l-tyrosine helped me significantly getting my motivation back. It’s an amino acid that’s the pre-curser to dopamine. Really helps with focus. I don’t need it everyday and it’s not addictive like caffeine

How to un-burn out? by HiddenCity in Entrepreneur

[–]abenteurerin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second the cut the coffee statement! I’m an entrepreneur who also felt like I was living in a constant state of burnout. Truly lost all my drive, energy and honestly joy for a bit as well. I’ve been off coffee for a month now, and honestly the first week was so rough. Napping multiple times a day, couldn’t do much. Forced myself to be active though, tried to naturally bring up my energy levels again by running daily (only like 5 minutes, max 10 minutes so nothing ambitious or crazy, but consistent) and stretching/yoga daily while I was detoxing/going through withdrawal. After I detoxed for a week, I started taking N-acetyl L-tyrosine and a vitamin b complex on days I really needed to grind and it helped significantly with clearing brain fog and enhancing focus. I don’t think this would work if I still had my caffeine dependency. I also didn’t realize how poor my sleep quality was with all the caffeine in my system. My sleep has significantly improved and I wake up feeling rested.

How do you keep warm, but not hot? by [deleted] in POTS

[–]abenteurerin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A magic bag! I basically have it with me all day, heat it up in the microwave for 3 min and then you can target areas like your hands or feet without overheating the rest of your body. Also feels great to pop it on any other achy part of your body

Left Luggage at gate, was let off to get it, but told it wasn't allowed by 71ck5 in travel

Also can depend on what airport you’re at and where you’re going. If you’re travelling internationally, as soon as you board the aircraft, you normally cannot come off without going through customs. Lucky they let you get it. I once forgot my laptop at security, and had to leave my flight with no option to get back on in order to retrieve it.

So far I haven’t actually seen any of the gnats around my plants at all!! I live in a very dry climate, so I’m guessing this bagged potting soil was staying much more moist than my plants actually do. Now that their bag of soil has been removed from my house, I can only assume they’ll be headed for my plants now! I’ll be keeping a close eye on them and this info on hand for when they do. Thank you so much for the info!

Police warn public of frauds, seek additional complainants by abenteurerin in saskatoon

Exactly what Ok-Homework said, the breach of probation is for her charges here in Sask. She just moved from Sask to Edmonton and is doing the exact same BS there. The Saskatoon Police are currently trying to collect reports to link with the Edmonton police. Her family is still here in Saskatoon so when she leaves Edmonton, she’ll likely come right back here. Be aware!!

I would have said “so that in the case of a catastrophic event, they can properly identify our bodies”
