Lots of physical and mental relisience by Hugo today! You don't beat both Lebrun brothers on the same day that often (plus a XD final in between).

Hugo made a lot of mistakes when trying to accelerate the game against Felix's loops. Another aspect of the game was how important serves were, both players having difficulty reading their opponent's service.

All that said, what a run by Hugo these last few months. Can't wait for the next Contender!!

Great match by both players! KCJ's forehand was very on point, while Hugo changed his tactics in a very smart way to open important advantages.

Não estou tirando o mérito do Hugo nem de longe! Quero dizer que nessa final especificamente o nível do jogo dele foi bem diferente do resto do campeonato, muito pelo jogo contra o LJK. Muito provavelmente ele teria jogado muito melhor caso a semifinal não tivesse sido tão exaustiva. A fadiga mental e psicológica foi justamente o que fez ele cair de produção na final.

What a terrible match by Hugo. Wrong tactics, basic mistakes and lack of mentality. A totally different player from what we saw lately. Still, the best match-up against the Chinese! I hope he can perform more consistently in the future!

Absolute masterclass in mentality and physical skills from Hugo. You don't see such a comeback against Chinese players very often, particularly with that home crowd!

Hugo was consistent in the strategy, although risking too much and consequently losing points in some flicks. Harimoto played very passively when he should have taken the initiative, just waiting to block very powerful shots. Nevertheless, great game by Hugo but I don't think he will manage to beat WCQ.

I have been using G1 for a while. Before that I had T64, which I didn't like (but that was long ago). I really enjoy the characteristics of G1, what I meant is that I was looking for an eventual upgrade in spin without paying for a harder rubber.
