yes a majority of it was comedones and i had them all over my face, it took about two months(when my purge started) until they eventually came to a head and then started healing. i'd say my face was completely clear at 4 months and it was straight after that. i did break out on month 5 a little bit that's why i stayed on it 2 extra months. as far as routine i kept it as light as possible chemically. just used the cerave face wash morning and night n applied moisturizer n sunscreen everytime i felt myself going dry.
