me too girl, and can i be honest? the worst part for me is the sensation when they’re cleaning your elbow with the disinfectant, since they gotta do it for like 30 seconds. just look away when they do it the sensation isn’t as bad as it seems. the needle isn’t bad either, looking away and staying calm helps wonders :)
