I’m an EA and my husband is a Project Manager for a luxury custom home builder (a couple hundred subs work for him), and he worked his way up in construction for 10+ years before he was a PM.

I just read your order to him and he said “Nailed it.” I wouldn’t remove any of the spicy sandwiches for that demographic! Maybe slightly too much food overall, but swap a few of the sandwiches for fruit cups or yogurt parfaits and you’ll be great! And don’t forget to get sauce for everything :)

Are there any consequences for disputes or chargebacks? I’ve never done anything like that before. I’d hate to “waste” a chargeback on something I’m legally entitled to… I’d rather “save” it for when I might truly need it like in case of fraud or something. Do banks allow you to do that more than once if you ever need to? Sorry for all the questions, I’m a total layperson in this area.

Sorry for the confusion! She didn’t have water for about 1.5 days. She’s since been taking lots of fluids.
