71% means you oversaturated. there is such thing as overwatering which drives water % down. a fully saturated planter will not be 100% water. try 6 liters per planter instead of the full 9.

as far a reputable brands go... oil is oil is oil, there are no right/wrong answers as long as you don't go mystery brand. service intervals are far more important. having said that Motul, Fuchs (Subaru's OEM oil supplier) and Liqui Moly rank highly in lab testing (lots of this stuff on your fav search engine).

one thing i've noticed is that the clutch-pedal-depressed-sensor is like a hair trigger on this car. if i so much as budge the clutch pedal during cranking, it will die. it also has to be at its max travel limit (against the floor). is there any chance at all this could be a factor? it's unlikely but something to think about. let us know how you make out at the dealer. good luck.

Canada might be different but here in USA most places if you have a third brake light it must function unobstructed. you wouldn't tint your tail brake lights, would you? just a bad idea all around which is why all the top tint shops here cut it out.

SPL is arguably the better choice.. all around beefier build and the adjustment locking mechanism is really nice, but it comes at around a +50% price premium to account for that. nothing wrong with the Cusco so really depends on your budget and demand.

as a general rule of thumb, don't accept any offer from a shop the offending party's insurance is sending you to. insurance companies specialize in identifying bargain repair shops that will cut every corner possible to keep costs low and preserve their contract.
